The size of the HTL video may make it difficult to view on some computers. If you experience any difficulties with either the video or audio, we recommend that you view the low-resolution version of the English video (other languages are only available in low-resolution format) and close all other applications that may be running on your computer. If you continue to experience unsatisfactory quality, please email your mailing address to info@ivanhoeenergy.com and we will forward you a DVD.
