Due to the size of the HTL Video, some computers may have difficulties in viewing. If you experience any difficulties with either the video or audio track we recommend that you view the low resolution version of the English video (other languages are only available in low resolution format) and close all other applications that may be running on your computer. If you continue to experience poor quality, please email your mailing address to info@ivanhoeenergy.com and we will forward you a DVD.
